For the past 22 years, the hospital has provided costly cardiac treatments completely free to poor and needy patients. The foundation is a charitable body dedicated to community service and has also built India’s largest pediatric cardiac hospital on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, equipped with modern facilities. Since its launch in 2018, it has carried out more than 3,000 open-heart procedures at no cost.

Role Overview

The Resident Medical Officer will support patient care in pediatric, neonatal, cardiac, and intensive care settings while working under senior medical supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Join ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings to review treatment plans and patient progress.
  • Support medical procedures, including duties related to DCH (Doctor’s Clinic Hours).
  • Keep patient notes and records up to date and share status updates clearly with families.
  • Work closely with doctors and other clinical staff to maintain smooth coordination of care.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a medical background and the ability to work in specialty-driven hospital environments. A recognized MBBS or BHMS qualification is required, and postgraduate training such as MD, DM, DNB, MDS, or MSc in any specialization is preferred. Prior exposure of 1 to 3 years in areas like pediatrics, neonatology, cardiology, ICU, ICCU, or PICU will be useful.

Eligibility

Eligible candidates include those with MBBS in any specialization, BAMS/BNYS in any specialization, or BHMS in any specialization.
