Role Summary

The organization is looking for a driven UAE National Resident Liaison Officer to support accommodation facilities management services at Khalifa University. The position is centered on student-facing service delivery and acts as the main connection point between residents, accommodation providers, university stakeholders, and KUFM operational teams.

This role focuses on managing every student interaction connected to accommodation in a proactive and professional way. It requires strong service orientation, cultural sensitivity, and a quick response mindset. The officer helps connect residents with service teams, strengthens the student living experience, and contributes to efficient facilities management delivery. The role also supports a student-first culture within KUFM and assists with coordination of add-on services and welfare-related initiatives.

Key Contributions

• Create and maintain a positive perception of KUFM among students.
• Handle FM-related student interactions smoothly and professionally.
• Strengthen resident confidence and satisfaction with accommodation services.
• Help ensure students experience a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment at Khalifa University.
• Encourage hospitality-focused behavior across FM operations teams.
• Assist with the rollout and development of optional paid services.
• Gather feedback and share practical suggestions for improving service delivery.
