Liaison Officer (UAE National Only)

Role Overview

The Liaison Officer acts as the vital communication link between school entities—including principals, coordinators, and staff—and the facility management team. This role ensures smooth dialogue, efficient coordination, prompt handling of escalations, and alignment of facility services to the schools’ daily operational needs. Additionally, the officer plans and implements various initiatives across schools and projects, including awareness and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility management needs between schools and the internal FM team.
• Act as the escalation point for complex or urgent facility issues.
• Perform regular visits to schools to assess service quality and spot areas for improvement.
• Review facility management reports and prepare visually professional monthly presentations.
• Support and organize FM requirements for school events, workshops, and special programs.
• Create and assist with awareness campaigns promoting facility care, sustainability, and responsible asset use utilizing posters, infographics, and digital content.
• Contribute to general management by assisting with presentations, proposals, and communications for stakeholders.
• Translate and draft communications and documents in both English and Arabic as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar is mandatory.
• Keen eye for visual presentation design and adherence to BESIX FM brand guidelines.
