Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical evaluations on both process and product samples utilizing diverse biochemical and instrumental methodologies.
- Employ chromatographic techniques such as HPLC or UPLC, alongside plate-based assays like ELISA, to assess and ensure product quality and aid development efforts.
- Produce, analyze, and interpret experimental data while maintaining rigorous documentation standards compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with various functional teams to facilitate process enhancements and support manufacturing operations.
- Engage in continuous improvement of testing methods, troubleshoot experimental issues, and share expertise within the laboratory team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a degree in biological or biochemical sciences complemented by relevant hands-on laboratory experience in an industrial context.
- Demonstrated proficiency with chromatography (HPLC/UPLC) and plate-based assay techniques (such as ELISA).
- Experience operating within regulated laboratory environments, such as GMP or GLP settings, including adherence to prescribed documentation standards.
- Strong capability to critically analyze scientific data and convey insights effectively.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented laboratory atmosphere, exhibiting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
