We are currently seeking a Reports and Analysis Support Professional to join our team in Qatar, supporting critical operations.
Job Overview
The selected candidate will provide essential support to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, a vital unit within the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) responsible for operations in the Middle East. This role involves offering subject matter expertise to enhance base security and critical support services in a highly dynamic and strategically significant region. The 9th Air Force operates across multiple locations, including Al Dhafra AB (UAE), Ali Al Salem AB (Kuwait), Al Mubarak Air Base (Kuwait), Prince Sultan AB (KSA), Muwaffaq-Salti AB (Jordan), Al Udeid AB (Qatar), and CONUS.
Responsibilities
- Briefing the Chief of Security Forces and commanders on criminal incidents and events involving base personnel.
- Processing, tracking, and distributing traffic incident and accident reports, citations, complaints, and other incident/information reports.
- Reviewing commander and supervisor actions and responses for timeliness and appropriateness, and taking necessary follow-up actions.
- Analyzing and evaluating reports and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Compiling data and statistics for records, trend analysis, and reports, and formulating recommendations for action.
- Managing the installation's traffic point, driving revocation, and debarment programs and associated actions.
- Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements for the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS), Defense Incident-Based Reporting System (DIBRS), Report Control Symbols (RCS), and other higher headquarters and local reporting mandates.
- Maintaining communication with organizational and installation leadership and personnel regarding the status of activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in inputting traffic citations, accident reports, and incident/complaint data into Air Force-approved systems of record.
- A minimum of one year of experience utilizing DoD Law Enforcement reporting and analysis databases, specifically ARIS and AFJIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Familiarity with USAF Records Management procedures.
- Ability to obtain a Government Driver’s License.
- Possession of an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Completion of the Indexing Compliance Manager course is considered a plus.
Additional Information and Requirements
All employees must successfully pass all medical screenings as required by CENTCOM deployment standards. Applicants are subject to an in-depth background check to ensure compliance with regulations. Individuals with pending criminal or civil charges (including divorce/child custody proceedings), a felony arrest record, alcohol-related arrests within the last five years, any history of moral turpitude arrests (e.g., prostitution, pandering, voyeurism, public indecency), involvement in hate crimes, a history of violence, or association with groups advocating extralegal violence will not be considered eligible.

The annual pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. This broad range accounts for the complexities of government contracting, including contract pricing, labor category requirements, funding limitations, and variations in candidate experience and qualifications.
