Reporting Specialist - Saudi Arabian National

About the Role

Mace is a company that merges construction know-how with consultancy expertise to unlock potential in individuals and projects, continuously raising the bar of ambition. They are currently seeking a Reporting Specialist exclusively for Saudi nationals to join a major infrastructure and mixed-use development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project encompasses a diverse range of facilities including sports, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services within assigned projects under the Planning Centre of Excellence, guided by senior staff.
• Assist in applying and enforcing PMO and Project Controls frameworks such as Earned Value Management (EVM), ensuring compliance with Mace standards, client demands, and governance protocols.
• Foster productive relationships with client representatives and enhance integration across planning and risk management disciplines.
• Help prepare monthly reporting packages that facilitate performance assessments and provide insightful commentary on project progress.
• Collaborate actively towards achieving net zero carbon goals, helping to identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions during project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Progressing towards chartership with a recognized professional body and committed to continuous professional growth.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in PMO and Project Controls on complex undertakings.
• Proven track record delivering health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives with measurable results and embedding best practices.
• Strong understanding and application of applicable legislation within complex organizational contexts.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Fulfill visa and work permit requirements in Saudi Arabia, with experience in large-scale projects handled by project management consultancies, mandated for client and immigration approvals.
