Reporting Manager - Saudi National

Position Overview

The role of Reporting Manager, designated for a Saudi National, is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is accountable for the comprehensive management of all reporting activities related to the programme, directly reporting to the Project Controls Director. The manager will collaborate closely with the client’s Project Controls team to ensure compliance with their requirements and will oversee the reporting inputs from contractors and supervision consultants.

Project Overview

This assignment involves a significant infrastructure initiative focused on devising a mixed-use development intended to become a renowned global landmark known for its unique vision and status as an authentic destination within Riyadh. The development aims to create a self-sustaining community hub offering several iconic features. KBR will deliver Project Management Consultancy across project planning, controls, design and engineering management, along with implementation of development and early works packages.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish reporting requirements in cooperation with the client’s project controls team for managing the supply chain.
• Formulate and implement reporting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the programme management team on all aspects related to project controls.
• Oversee supply chain management to guarantee timely submission of reports.
• Generate all weekly and monthly programme reports consistently.
• Lead and manage a team of reporting assistants when necessary.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• BSc degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or comparable experience.
• A minimum of 15 years overall relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years relevant experience specifically in a reporting management role on projects.
• At least 5 years of experience working within the region.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
