Role Overview

This opportunity is with a dermatology practice and centers on coordinating patient surgical scheduling and access. The organization emphasizes patient care, careful workflow coordination, and a supportive environment. The role is remote and full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and manage patient appointments in line with internal procedures and provider scheduling templates.
  • Keep records precise and current, while following established quality-control steps.

  • Partner with Patient Access leadership to support ongoing professional development.
  • Deliver strong service to patients and internal team members.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED/HSED, or an equivalent credential.
  • Post-secondary training in a medical support discipline such as Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar role is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational ability is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in dermatology and cosmetic procedures is preferred.
  • Experience using electronic medical records is preferred.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving ability is valued.
  • Ability to protect confidential information is important.

Compensation and Benefits
