Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage patient appointments in line with internal procedures and provider scheduling templates.
- Keep records precise and current, while following established quality-control steps.

- Partner with Patient Access leadership to support ongoing professional development.
- Deliver strong service to patients and internal team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED/HSED, or an equivalent credential.
- Post-secondary training in a medical support discipline such as Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar role is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication and organizational ability is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in dermatology and cosmetic procedures is preferred.
- Experience using electronic medical records is preferred.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability is valued.
- Ability to protect confidential information is important.
Compensation and Benefits
