About the Role
We are seeking Telephone Executives or Customer Service Advisors to join Entel Connect's team dedicated to customer support and cross-selling at ENTEL Peru. This full-time role is onsite in Lima with an evening shift from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM including an 8-hour shift and breaks. You'll be part of a dynamic team delivering effective solutions through technology and efficient processes, backed by a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls and professionally manage customer inquiries with empathy.
- Resolve customer questions by providing clear and effective solutions.
- Represent the company with a friendly and proactive approach.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- High level of commitment and willingness to learn continuously.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
