Job Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote cross-selling effectively via call center operations.
• Operate under a 100% remote management model.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time base salary: S/1130 plus uncapped commissions.
• Family allowance: S/113.
• Night shift bonus provided.

Working Hours

• Full-time schedule totaling 48 hours weekly with a 45-minute break.
• Afternoon shift from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. with one rotating day off each week.

Training Details

• Training conducted remotely.
• On-the-job training (OJT) also held remotely.
• Training period consists of 16 days plus 2 days for performance validation.
• Daily training remuneration: S/15.
