Relationship Officer - Multilingual (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Officer to join our team at 2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd. Based in South Kolkata, this full-time position focuses on promoting high-quality plywood products and fostering strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, architects, and builders to secure ongoing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with professionals in interior design, contracting, architecture, and building sectors to advocate our product offerings.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships to create steady business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate product quality and advantages effectively to clients.
• Lead negotiations, finalize sales, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Keep abreast of market trends and industry demands to provide insightful updates.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to guarantee efficient order fulfillment and on-time delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in International Voice Support focused on sales.
• Graduate degree from any field; preference for CBSE or ICSE educational background.
• Proficiency in one South Indian language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong skills in sales, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.

Additional Details

• Location: South Kolkata, mandatory office presence.
• Shift Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday (Sunday off).
• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in hand monthly, inclusive of Provident Fund benefits.
• Preference for candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
