This position is for a Relationship Officer on third-party payroll, supporting sales of banking loan products. The role focuses on sourcing and driving business for home loans, mortgage loans, business loans, and personal loans across assigned locations.

Job details

The role is open to graduates and undergraduates. Candidates with banking product sales experience of 0.6 to 5 years are preferred, though freshers may also be considered. Applicants must be below 40 years of age and should have a compulsory two-wheeler for field travel.

Coverage includes Katol, Kalmeshwar, Savner, Tumsar, and Bhandara.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and grow sales for banking loan products.
• Create leads through branch activities, local drives, dealerships, and other sourcing channels identified from time to time.
• Coordinate closely with the Branch Head, branch team members, relationship officers from other verticals, and Circle Managers.
• Maintain proper reporting, attendance for training sessions, review meetings, and participation in CO, circle, cluster, and branch-level drives.
• Support lead generation and conversion for banking products in the branch.
• Work with leads and sales managers across products to ensure timely follow-up on every lead.
• Cross-sell additional products whenever required.
