We are seeking a knowledgeable Relationship Manager specializing in Commercial Finance for our Hyderabad office. This role requires deep sector-specific and product expertise to effectively structure deals and engage in term sheet discussions with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive sectoral and product knowledge to facilitate efficient deal structuring and client negotiations.
• Perform detailed due diligence, conduct thorough analysis, and critically evaluate deals to ensure high-quality appraisals.
• Prepare Credit Appraisal Memorandums following established risk standards and submit them for timely approval.
• Collaborate closely with the Legal department to ensure loan documentation is finalized and closed to meet Commercial Finance requirements.
