Role Summary
This role involves maximising profit and economic value from a portfolio of Growth Business key account clients that present medium to high complexity commercial banking needs. The position entails spearheading efforts to attract new clients, expanding services to existing ones, and efficiently managing client service delivery according to the segment’s Commercial Value Proposition.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain primary accountability for a portfolio of Growth Account clients, tailored by complexity.
- Build and nurture robust client relationships through routine visits aligned with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition.
- Proactively suggest product innovations by providing client-driven feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Comply with the bank’s policies and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to risk and regulatory frameworks governing both the bank and clients.
- Prioritise comprehensive risk management of the client portfolio.
- Foster collaborative working environments by sharing insights, challenging existing practices, and contributing constructive feedback.
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies, complemented by professional qualifications, is essential for this role.
