Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote nutritional consultations, reviewing lab results and providing evidence-based dietary, lifestyle, and supplement guidance, including appropriate referrals.
• Offer reassurance and empowering advice to clients receiving complex or distressing results.
• Maintain accurate client records according to professional standards and data protection regulations.
• Adhere to Hertility care pathways and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary medical team including registered nutritionists, dietitians, nurses, midwives, menopause experts, counselors, general practitioners, fertility specialists, and operational staff.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold current registration as a Registered Dietitian (HCPC or CORU) or Registered Nutritionist (AfN - RNutr or ANutr) with a strong clinical and evidence-based foundation.
• Extensive experience specializing in women's health areas such as PMOS, endometriosis, fertility, prenatal/postnatal care, and menopause.
• Additional expertise in areas like GLP1s, weight management, or gut health is advantageous.
• Availability for ad-hoc shifts flexibly scheduled Monday through Sunday, with responsiveness to shift requests and communication during active availability.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check and registration with the DBS Update Service are required.
• Must carry independent professional indemnity insurance covering all clinical activities.

Compensation and Working Conditions

• £60 per one-hour client consultation.
• Administrative-related time (training, meetings, admin) compensated at £30 per hour (£35 for London-based staff) to reflect living costs.
• Part-time, flexible, remote working arrangement.
• Start date scheduled for 14th September with applications considered on a rolling basis; early applications encouraged.

Training and Support

New team members receive paid onboarding and training on Hertility systems and methodologies. The team is led by Clinical Services Manager Emily Moreton, fostering a supportive, mission-driven culture dedicated to women's health.

Recruitment Process
