Introduction
This centralized talent pool invites experienced Registered Nurses skilled in Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care to join opportunities across various rural and remote locations in Central Queensland including Emerald, Biloela, Woorabinda, and other communities.
Role Synopsis
- Provide exemplary nursing care within various rural healthcare environments.
- Take leadership in clinical decision-making and patient care autonomously.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote effective health outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with professional registration standards, maintaining accurate patient records.
- Engage with and support local communities through compassionate and inclusive practices.
Candidate Profile
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Relevant clinical experience in one of the areas: Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care.
- Capacity to perform confidently in independent work settings with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Alignment with core values of care, integrity, and excellence.
- Genuine enthusiasm for contributing positively to rural and remote populations.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Annual remuneration potentially reaching up to $124,741.
- Hourly rates ranging from $42.98 to $55.13, or $53.73 to $68.92 including 25% casual loading.
- Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%.
- Leave loading at 17.5%.
- Additional incentives including Remote Area Nurse Incentive Payment where applicable.
