Overview
This centralised talent pool invites Registered Nurses with expertise in Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care to express interest in joining diverse rural health facilities across Central Queensland, including locations like Emerald, Biloela, and Woorabinda. Role Responsibilities
- Provide excellent nursing care within various rural clinical environments.
- Manage clinical responses and patient care autonomously.

- Ensure compliance with professional standards and maintain accurate documentation per AHPRA guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits
The total remuneration package can reach up to $124,741 per annum, including:
- Hourly wages ranging from $42.98 to $55.13.
- Casual hourly rates between $53.73 and $68.92, inclusive of a 25% casual loading.
- Employer superannuation contributions at 12.75%.
- Leave loading at 17.5%.
