Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse position involves delivering direct patient care across multiple specialties such as dermatology, aesthetics, physiotherapy, and integrative wellness. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatments, administering medications and procedures as prescribed, monitoring vital signs and patient responses, and assisting clinical staff utilizing AI-powered diagnostic tools. The nurse will also provide patient education about treatment regimens, aftercare, and wellness programs, while maintaining precise clinical records. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements is also critical. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to facilitate a seamless patient experience and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Registered Nurse license and is eligible to practice in Qatar or able to obtain the necessary licensing and registration.
• Demonstrates clinical nursing expertise in patient assessments, medication administration, wound management, and monitoring post-procedure outcomes, preferably within outpatient, wellness, or aesthetic environments.
• Possesses experience or strong interest in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, physiotherapy assistance, or integrative wellness care.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and comfortable with technology-enhanced, data-driven clinical processes.
• Excellent communication skills for educating patients on health plans, providing compassionate support, and delivering culturally sensitive care in a diverse setting.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and wellness professionals.
• Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and dedication to maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent accredited qualification; prior clinical, hospital, or wellness center experience preferred.
