Role overview

PUMA is seeking a Regional Visual Merchandiser in Gurgaon to improve the presentation and in-store brand experience across assigned locations. The role sits under the Lead Visual Merchandising Execution and focuses on keeping store visuals fresh, consistent, and aligned with campaign and seasonal requirements.

The position covers multiple store formats, including EBOs, partner stores, SIS, and LFR. It also involves planning recurring store visits, supporting retail teams, and driving visual merchandising excellence through training, audits, and execution support.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep the visual appearance of Puma stores updated so the space always reflects the intended brand look and feel.
  • Build creativity within frontline teams through merchandising training, competitions, and store audits.
  • Execute campaign rollouts, seasonal visual changes, and key story updates accurately and on time.
  • Support all store formats, including EBOs, partner outlets, SIS, and LFR.
  • Follow a monthly beat plan for the assigned set of stores and ensure the planned travel route is maintained.
  • Help store teams understand and consistently follow brand and VM standards.
  • Plan, place, and coordinate VM supplies needed for monthly and seasonal changes.
  • Train store management and support staff on merchandising standards, fixture use, and related techniques.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports with Head Office, then implement the feedback received.
  • Maintain a strong vendor network for branded supplies across the region.
  • Support major rollouts and initiatives across all store formats.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should bring strong retail visual merchandising experience, good design sensibility, and the ability to work across store operations and team development. A solid portfolio showing visual merchandising work is essential, along with confidence in using design and office tools for execution, planning, and reporting.
