Overview
This role is an executive leadership position for a Regional Vice President of Sales focused on the Eastern United States region. The position involves driving revenue growth, enhancing customer relationships, and expanding the company's market share within a competitive healthcare environment. You will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, manage high-performing sales teams, and cultivate relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to meet revenue and business objectives.
- Create and deploy tailored strategic business plans for large enterprise accounts emphasizing retention and growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client executives and industry influencers.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and expand market presence through effective sales tactics.

- Educate clients about industry trends, product offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of direct outside sales experience.
- At least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Proven track record managing large accounts and consistently achieving sales or revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of healthcare products, underwriting, and market trends.
- Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with executives, clients, and partners.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment while fostering engagement and teamwork.
- Availability for travel up to 50% of the time and valid driving credentials as required in assigned territories.
