Join AccentCare as a Regional Vice President of Operations in Home Health based in Dallas, TX. This full-time on-site role covers Central and North Texas branches and offers a salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 plus bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the region's financial health by analyzing financial statements and activity reports to achieve business goals.
- Develop and oversee operational and revenue budgets to maximize profitability, market share, and optimize capital use.
- Provide consistent and effective leadership by communicating organizational goals, priorities, and professional standards to branch teams, ensuring company objectives are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with operational managers to implement corrective actions when necessary, while promoting adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements among branch staff.
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of multi-site management experience.
- 7 to 10 years of healthcare experience managing large geographic areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Medicare and Medicaid regulations and operations.
