Key Responsibilities

Regular duties involve analyzing market dynamics, tracking key performance indicators, creating forecasts and reports, and working closely with cross-functional departments such as marketing, operations, and regulatory to enhance regional results. Additionally, the role requires identifying growth prospects, steering contract negotiations, and serving as the company representative at industry events and strategic forums within the region.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple markets or regional teams with a focus on performance monitoring and strategic development.
- Extensive expertise in sales, business development, or commercial management within sectors like consumer health, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills in market research, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships and negotiate effectively with distributors, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration involving marketing, operations, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
- Comfortable and proficient in managing remote teams across varying time zones using digital tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Life Sciences, or similar fields is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
- Experience with international markets, especially in health and nutrition, including regulatory knowledge, is highly desirable.
