About the Role
WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for a strategic and dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to provide senior leadership and guidance to Managing Directors across the region. The RVP's core responsibilities include driving business growth, enhancing the development of advisors, and expanding the firm's market footprint. This leadership position plays a vital role in steering the regional growth strategy and shaping the company's future trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
The RVP will work closely with executive leadership to ensure regional goals are aligned with the organization’s overall priorities. Responsibilities include recruiting top-tier talent, mentoring leadership teams, and promoting outstanding advisor performance to establish a scalable and sustainable business model.
Qualifications
- Established record as a senior leader within the financial services sector, ideally in regional or multi-office capacities.
- Demonstrated success as either a financial advisor or leader of advisor teams.
- Expertise in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-achieving professionals.
- Strategic mindset capable of translating visionary ideas into actionable plans.
