They are currently seeking a strategic and commercially astute leader to contribute to the growth and fortification of their expanding business dedicated to the data center sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of the yearly strategic plan, operating plans, and long-term business plans.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of business outcomes, profitability, and entire value chains to pinpoint operational enhancements.
• Track trends affecting the industry, evolving client needs, new technologies, and competitive landscape within the data center environment.
• Deliver strategic insights to facilitate well-informed corporate decisions.
• Lead initiatives aimed at strategic transformation within the Data Centers division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional leaders to propel strategic projects forward.
• Assist in managing bids for complex commercial proposals.
• Design and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and managerial reports to boost transparency and guide decision-making processes.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree with 10 to 12 years of experience in corporate strategy or business planning, specifically within sectors such as data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial technologies, power systems, HVAC, or energy management.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills and the ability to engage professionally across all organizational levels.
• Professional and positive interpersonal skills conducive to multi-level engagement.
