Group CFO / Finance Director - High Growth SME

About the Role

This is an exceptional chance to join a rapidly expanding company with operations spanning globally. As a vital member of the management team, you will be entrusted with leading the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business collaborator, partnering with the CEO and shareholders to define business strategies, enhance financial controls, and guide financial planning and important decision-making.
• Lead capital raising initiatives across the APAC and EU markets, including engaging investors, preparing financial models, conducting valuations, and managing due diligence processes.
• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, and financial performance reporting.
• Develop scalable financial procedures, governance structures, and internal controls to accommodate business expansion.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with the board, investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other external parties.
• Provide expert advice to leadership teams on profitability analysis, investment choices, cost management, and opportunities for growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least 15 years of pertinent experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance leadership position.
• Demonstrable success in fundraising activities within international markets.
• Background in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
