About the Role
Blue Diamond Industries is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth across the South Central region, including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. This role focuses on expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and acting as a trusted consultant for distributors, contractors, and end users. Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a strategic plan to grow the territory's sales.
- Identify and secure new business leads and opportunities.
- Enhance customer relationships through expert account management.
- Establish and maintain strong alliances with distributors, contractors, end users, and decision-makers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and advance prospects through the sales cycle.
- Conduct approximately 12 to 14 customer visits per month within the territory.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and client events.
- Log customer interactions and sales data using CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and tailored business solutions.
- Exhibit professionalism and thorough knowledge of Blue Diamond Industries products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in outside sales, territory management, or roles as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Prior experience with HDPE conduit or relevant construction, utility, telecommunications, or industrial product sales is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship development skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with availability to travel 60–70% of the time.
