Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager position is a full-time onsite role based in the Houston or Dallas area of Texas, overseeing sales in the South Western United States. This role focuses on driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with luxury retailers, tailors, and major wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the territory.
- Present Scabal’s collections effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements.
- Track regional sales performance and prepare accurate forecasts.
- Provide insightful market feedback to company leadership.
- Ensure consistent brand representation during all client interactions.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to support sales efforts.
- Conduct product training sessions to educate partners and clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to sustain satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in regional or territory sales within luxury apparel, textiles, or fashion sectors, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Expertise in relationship management, client development, and retention in premium or high-end markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience leading product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Capable of sales planning, forecasting, and basic data analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously in an onsite setting, travel frequently within the assigned region, and manage multiple accounts with competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software for pipeline management, reporting, and customer data administration.
- Familiarity with menswear, tailoring, or luxury retail operations and prior experience with premium European brands is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to regularly travel throughout the designated territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related discipline, or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
