Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure comprehensive geographic sales coverage using an appropriately sized and skilled sales team
  • Analyze market conditions to attain market share and boost used equipment sales
  • Set measurable sales goals and pipeline expectations while coaching team members to enhance customer experience
  • Support customers in selecting ideal equipment to optimize agricultural land productivity
  • Join sales staff on farm visits to strengthen client relationships and develop sales capabilities
  • Keep abreast of John Deere products, financing, and technology offers to recommend relevant solutions to clients

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum three years' experience in equipment sales
  • Leadership experience managing sales teams (1–3 years) is advantageous
  • Motivated to expand business and recognize revenue-generating opportunities
  • Competitive nature with goal-setting and achievement focus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in overcoming challenges
  • Background or familiarity with farming/agriculture in Saskatchewan is a plus
