Role overview

The Corporate Parts Manager will oversee the full parts department and work closely with the Aftermarket Manager to keep operations running smoothly. The position offers autonomy to improve inventory control, strengthen internal processes, and develop a high-performing team. The role is based in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, and covers all South Country Equipment locations. A vehicle is provided.

Key duties

  • Lead, coach, schedule, and direct parts staff to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and execute a parts strategy designed to grow department revenue.
  • Collaborate with other parts leaders to prepare financial forecasts and help meet targets.
  • Take ownership of parts purchasing and inventory management to maximize asset use.
  • Oversee department personnel and support people-focused initiatives.
  • Design systems and workflows that help the parts team operate at a high level.
  • Maintain showroom standards with a strong focus on the customer experience.
  • Monitor parts movement, invoicing, and receivables so reporting and cash flow stay current.
  • Keep the workplace safe and welcoming for both employees and customers.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in parts operations.
  • 5 to 10 years of leadership experience.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping others.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and creative thinking.
  • Mechanical aptitude or agricultural background is an advantage.
