- Support the delivery of training programs that build leadership effectiveness, speed up employee development, and improve overall performance.
- Track engagement, culture, and staffing stability, and partner with employee relations teams to resolve workplace concerns and improve retention.
- Review workforce data, staffing patterns, and talent metrics to spot trends, anticipate needs, and recommend actions.
- Partner with recruiters, resource teams, and operational leaders to support workforce planning and ensure organizational readiness.
- Contribute to change initiatives and help maintain a values-led, improvement-focused workplace.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience supporting organizations with multiple locations.

- Strong background in recruiting, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the business.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, including experience using HR data to guide decisions.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with adaptability, initiative, and good judgment.
- Familiarity with HR technology and business systems for workforce planning and reporting.
- Willingness to travel about 25% to 50% as needed.
- Must be based in California or Washington and able to work remotely from one of those states.
