Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and business planning for dealer networks across Southeast Asia to promote growth and market leadership.
• Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance and operational effectiveness to ensure alignment with Aston Martin’s brand standards and targets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to mentor and enhance dealer capabilities.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to streamline processes and support business goals.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive innovation and industry leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales management with a history of exceeding sales targets and fostering dealer relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to cultivate and maintain productive stakeholder relationships at multiple organizational levels.
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills appropriate for complex, fast-moving market environments.
• Capability to manage workload autonomously and adapt flexibly, including managing cross-time-zone meetings and travel within the Southeast Asian region.
