Role Overview

Zydus is recruiting a Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) for its Medical Affairs team based in Mumbai. This full-time, field-based position requires engaging directly with healthcare professionals, investigators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate scientific exchange. The role involves supporting clinical research projects, investigator-initiated studies, preparing scientific publications, and advancing medical education efforts. Regular travel and field engagement are integral to this role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture collaborations with investigators, KOLs, and healthcare professionals via scientific and evidence-driven communication and education.
• Engage actively in clinical trial activities and support investigator-initiated studies (IITs).
• Lead and contribute to scientific projects and research initiatives.
• Author and contribute to scientific publications including abstracts, posters, case reports, and peer-reviewed articles.
• Provide scientific support to marketing campaigns and related programs.
• Participate in and contribute to medical educational programs, advisory boards, professional training, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Medical qualification: MBBS or MD degree.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is necessary.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Competence in building partnerships with investigators, KOLs, and medical professionals.
• Experience with clinical trial protocols and IIT management.
• Proficiency in conducting scientific research and managing publications.
• Ability to provide medical insights to marketing teams.
