About The Role
We are searching for a Regional Marketing Leader to join the Americas Region under our Performance Solutions Division. This role demands strategic marketing expertise, ideally within the Semiconductor and Test markets. The individual contributor will devise regional marketing strategies that align with customer requirements, competitor activities, and product strengths to drive growth.
As the market advocate, this leader will collaborate extensively with Sales, Product Management, Brand teams, and a centralized Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure marketing efforts are precisely targeted, pertinent, and conform to business priorities. This senior role influences without direct authority.
Flexible work arrangements are available, including on-site at Elkton, Maryland, hybrid, or fully remote within the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000
- Positions above $150,000/year are eligible for variable pay linked to business performance metrics

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional and end-market growth strategies, including segmentation and opportunity identification
- Own and prioritize marketing briefs
- Translate value propositions and positioning clearly
- Provide strategic guidance on campaigns and content, coordinating with the Marketing Center of Excellence
- Align sales enablement initiatives and collaborate with regional sales leadership to ensure launch readiness
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Lead cross-functional efforts within a matrixed global organization involving marketing leadership, brand, product teams, and sales
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical/engineering discipline
- At least five years’ experience in commercial marketing, particularly in vertical marketing or end-market strategy for B2B products/material science
- Proven ability to develop commercial growth strategies and conduct market segmentation for complex technical portfolios
- Strong influencing skills in non-hierarchical, global settings
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer visits, industry events, and internal meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience in Semiconductor and Test end-markets
