Job description
Role overview
We are hiring a Regional Marketing Executive for a partner organization based in Germany. The partner company will handle the application review and all follow-up steps. This is a fast-moving marketing position focused on growing student demand and strengthening brand visibility across the EMEA region through highly localized, performance-led campaigns.
You will convert global marketing direction into regionally relevant activity that connects with varied audiences across Europe and the Middle East. In a fully remote, international setup, you will work closely with performance marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver campaigns that attract qualified leads and support enrolment growth. The role combines creative campaign development with analytical optimization, and it also includes support for events, webinars, and regional activations that build brand awareness.
This opportunity suits a proactive marketer who enjoys working in a collaborative, purpose-driven education environment with international reach.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and run regional, multi-channel marketing campaigns across Europe and the Middle East, tailoring messaging so it is locally appropriate, culturally resonant, and aligned with enrolment targets.
- Build and customize digital campaign assets using Canva or comparable design tools while keeping the brand look consistent and the content effective.
- Partner with performance marketing and sales teams to review results, assess lead quality, and improve conversion and enrolment performance.
- Help organize and deliver online and live events such as webinars, education fairs, and regional expos to increase awareness and engagement.
- Keep marketing collateral and supporting materials current, accurate, and localized as campaign plans evolve.
- Join cross-functional planning discussions and turn data insights and customer feedback into practical campaign improvements.
Required profile
- Two to three years of marketing experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or another international consumer-facing setting.
- Practical experience creating content and visuals with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong writing and storytelling ability, with a clear understanding of brand positioning and how to engage an audience.
- A data-oriented approach, with the ability to read performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on results.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote-first environment while managing several priorities at once.
- Solid collaboration skills, ideally developed through work with sales, marketing, and creative teams in international environments.
- Nice to have: experience running campaigns across multiple markets, knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Russian, or exposure to PR and media relations.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards.
- Remote-first setup, with hybrid flexibility available depending on location.
- The chance to contribute to a global education organization supporting students in more than 60 countries.
- Exposure to international marketing work and cross-regional growth initiatives.
- A collaborative, supportive global team culture.
- Learning and development opportunities in a fast-growing EdTech environment.
- Participation in high-impact initiatives such as global events, campaigns, and student engagement programs.
