Overview
We are inviting applications for the position of Regional Manager for Regional Services, located in Townsville, Queensland. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on providing both operational and strategic direction for regional service delivery. The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer-centric service.
- Manage workflow, allocate resources effectively, and oversee throughput to consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery goals.
- Promote an inclusive, accountable, and innovative team culture at both local and branch levels fostering continuous improvement.
- Identify service delivery enhancement opportunities and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and industry results.
- Provide informed, evidence-based decision making and strategic advice aligned with the organisation's priorities.

This opportunity involves travel to various work-related sites within the region.
