Regional Language Telesales Executive (Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil)

About the Role

Kanak Consultancy Services is currently looking to hire Inside Sales Executives for an international BPO sales position based in Gurugram. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in BPO sales and should speak any one regional language among Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam, coupled with strong English and Hindi communication skills. This opportunity is open to graduates who are ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities and Candidate Profile

• Conduct telesales and inside sales activities targeting international clients.
• Engage confidently in the sales process with strong communication abilities.
• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to achieve targets.
• Maintain professionalism while working onsite in Gurugram; outstation candidates are not considered.

The position welcomes fresh graduates seeking an English or multilingual sales role with a salary up to 5 LPA, as well as experienced professionals with 2 to 6 years of BPO sales experience earning up to 7 LPA.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of BPO sales experience preferred for experienced candidates; fresh graduates are also eligible.
• Graduation degree is mandatory.
• Fluent in any one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
• Good command over English and Hindi.
• Strong communication skills with a confident sales approach.
• Immediate availability for joining.
• Only local candidates from Gurugram are eligible; no outstation candidates.
