Role Overview
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Tamil Nadu will handle critical HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention strategies, and HR administrative processes to closely support business goals and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities across all functions including sales and non-sales by assisting the Zonal HR Lead to develop hiring plans, setting recruitment goals, and streamlining talent acquisition processes for the organization pan India.
- Lead and mentor recruiting teams to ensure the fulfillment of hiring objectives according to planned business needs.
- Consult with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational demands and proactively address talent acquisition challenges.
- Act as the zone’s representative for campus hiring initiatives, promoting employer branding to attract potential candidates.
- Develop and deploy employee engagement initiatives throughout the zone to foster a motivated workplace environment.
- Design frameworks to proactively assess talent risks and manage high-potential employee attrition, addressing gaps pre-emptively.
- Oversee the deployment of engagement surveys and follow-up actions to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Establish and manage processes for identifying and resolving employee grievances and other employee relations matters promptly and effectively.
- Manage the employee lifecycle by ensuring timely and quality rollout of performance management processes throughout the zone.
- Ensure all employees understand and comply with HR policies uniformly across the zone, adapting policies as necessary to align with market and business needs.
- Develop and execute sustained communication plans to educate staff on HR practices and policies.
- Support the Zonal HR team with audit readiness and provide prompt, accurate responses during HR audits.
- Prepare and distribute HR Management Information System (MIS) reports containing relevant insights to stakeholders timely.
