Role Overview
As a Regional Director for Western Australia, you will have the autonomy to grow a strategic territory by partnering with senior technology and business leaders. This role involves more than traditional sales; it includes leveraging the organization's extensive research, advisory, and consulting capabilities to help clients solve complex organizational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships, expanding Info-Tech's footprint in Western Australia.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, spanning prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sale account growth.
- Conduct consultative, value-driven discussions with CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
- Identify client priorities and align Info-Tech’s services to produce measurable business results.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive business development, networking, marketing campaigns, and client referrals.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations customized to client strategic goals.
- Collaborate with analysts, advisors, and experts to ensure the right expertise is applied for client engagements.
- Manage pipeline and forecasts precisely using Salesforce CRM.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to enhance products, services, and strategies.
- Engage in continuous professional development through coaching, collaboration, and learning.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, strategic account management, consulting, or business development with complex organizations.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior technology leaders, ideally within Western Australia.
- Consultative approach with the capability to understand and challenge business priorities, linking technology initiatives to tangible outcomes.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and confident communication with senior stakeholders.
- High ownership and accountability mindset for territory, clients, and outcomes.
- Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning attitude regarding technology, business, and leadership.
- Resilience and adaptability to manage complex sales cycles professionally and patiently.
- Collaborative and low-ego approach focused on sharing ideas and celebrating team success.
- Willingness to receive feedback and grow professionally through coaching.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Tertiary education in business, technology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
