Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director to oversee our South Region operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and participating in the Senior Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the operational success, profitability, and strategic advancement across multiple sites within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a network of depots located throughout the South Region.
• Drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and optimize operational performance.
• Develop and mentor Depot Managers to foster exceptional team performance.
• Promote outstanding customer service, uphold safety standards, and ensure operational excellence.
• Participate in shaping the company’s strategic direction as a Senior Leadership Team member.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in managing multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial insight with comprehensive P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to boost operational efficiency and achieve profitable business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• Possession of a full UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
