Regional Director of Operations

About the Role

We are collaborating with a Professional Services Firm based in Chicago's Loop area to find a Regional Director of Operations. The role comes with a competitive compensation package, including a target salary between $130,000 and $170,000, plus bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional and local managing partners to enhance revenue through fostering a cooperative and team-oriented culture.
• Supervise the administrative leads within each managed office location.
• Implement firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving policies, procedures, and technological systems.
• Manage the integration and training of new team members, offices, and firms entering the region.
• Offer support for corporate initiatives rolled out by the central operations team.
• Travel to managed locations as required.
• Work alongside leadership to facilitate performance reviews for the administrative team.
• Coordinate with corporate facilities leaders on office construction, buildouts, and relocations.
• Handle various ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 10 years of administrative or operational experience within a professional services setting, preferably in accounting, financial, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years managing teams consisting of 7 or more employees.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
