Job description
Role overview
Tesla is hiring an experienced, strategically minded Regional Campaign Lead to support the North America Sales and Delivery Organization and partner with the Field Sales team. This position is designed for someone who can shape and improve regional outbound programs that strengthen brand visibility and expand market penetration. The scope includes scaling event-based initiatives, self-serve programs, and media opportunities.
In this role, you will own several high-impact top-of-funnel programs across the region. You will be expected to coordinate across teams, manage complex workstreams, and develop practical strategies that help increase regional market share. A strong focus on measuring outcomes, reviewing KPIs, and turning performance data into action will be central to success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver regional strategies for major events, media initiatives, and self-serve growth programs while keeping leadership priorities, company objectives, and stakeholder needs aligned.
- Use sound independent judgment to solve operational or logistics issues that come up during event planning or execution, always aiming for solutions that support Tesla’s best interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, local media, business partners, and cross-functional teams to improve logistics, access to resources, and community engagement.
- Lead negotiations with outside stakeholders and present opportunities to leadership that can materially advance Tesla’s mission.
- Track event performance, complete post-event analysis, and use insights from data to improve processes and expand successful regional approaches.
- Act as a regional point person for top-of-funnel initiatives by recommending strategies and sharing insights that support growth goals.
- Oversee regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support expansion and growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in demand generation or strategic program management.
- Strong background in planning, launching, and improving demand generation initiatives, including exposure to advising senior leaders.
- Proven ability to negotiate vendor agreements and contracts with limited supervision, along with solid budget management experience for scalable top-of-funnel programs.
- Capability to balance multiple priorities, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving and uncertain environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- Advanced analytical ability to assess opportunities using data, trends, and tools to measure program effectiveness.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Additional information
This role is highly strategic, with approximately 75% of the time focused on planning, stakeholder coordination, and budget optimization. A strong understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle, along with genuine interest in Tesla’s mission, is strongly preferred.
