About the team

Working at the junction of product, AI capability, and organisational change, the team collaborates with regional and local stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI initiatives. The role offers practical exposure to product execution, partnership across functions, and problem-solving across markets.
What you will do
- Own AI-enabled products and strategic projects from the initial problem definition and roadmap planning through launch and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and business partners to shape AI solutions that can operate at scale.
- Set product direction, define requirements, choose success metrics, and build evaluation methods to assess model quality and business value.
- Put in place governance, monitoring, and human review workflows to support dependable and responsible AI use.
- Coordinate alignment across functions and markets while tracking dependencies and reducing delivery risks.
- Create leadership-ready presentations, dashboards, and insights that explain outcomes, impact, and trade-offs to senior decision-makers.
- Keep up with developments in AI and GenAI and convert relevant advances into practical product opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Program Management, or a similar discipline.
- Prior work on AI-driven, automation-focused, or data-centric products is highly desirable.
- A strong grasp of AI systems, including what models can and cannot do, and how to evaluate them effectively.
- Good analytical ability, including comfort with defining metrics and reading performance data.
- Experience handling senior stakeholders and coordinating with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Clear communication, structured problem-solving, and strong execution capability.
- Exposure to scaling AI products or platforms across several markets.
- Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, monitoring, or governance approaches.
- Experience working with executives on OKRs, roadmaps, or impact reporting.
- Background in building internal tools or workplace productivity platforms.
