Position Details
This opening is for a Recruiter on a contract basis, working remotely. The pay range is $18 to $60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full hiring cycle from sourcing candidates through outreach, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Develop and keep active talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Perform early-stage evaluations to judge experience, fit for the role, and alignment with the team culture.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job needs, interview structure, and selection standards.
- Monitor recruitment performance indicators such as time to hire, pipeline size, and conversion trends, then share updates on progress.
- Keep applicant tracking records current and accurate in the ATS.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience, either in an agency setting or in-house.
- Strong sourcing ability across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort managing several open requisitions at once while staying organized and prioritizing well.
- Working knowledge of ATS tools and standard recruiting workflows.
