Role overview
REVEURSE TANZANIA COMPANY LIMITED is looking for an experienced, performance-focused Recruitment Officer to oversee end-to-end hiring activities for both internal positions and client staffing assignments in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
What you will do
- Handle the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Work with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment priorities.
- Find and engage suitable candidates through a range of recruitment channels.
- Carry out interviews, candidate evaluations, and reference verification.
- Make sure open roles are closed within the expected timelines.
- Keep recruitment records, databases, and reports accurate and up to date.
- Share timely recruitment progress updates with clients and internal management.
- Assist in guiding and overseeing the recruitment team when needed.
- Contribute to employer branding, talent acquisition efforts, and business development activities.
- Follow recruitment policies, internal procedures, and applicable labour regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment is expected.
- Previous supervisory exposure will be considered an added benefit.
- Strong skills in interviewing, communication, and building professional relationships are essential.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and labour law requirements is needed.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required.
