Role Summary
This position is a full-time Recruitment Officer role in Singapore with a hybrid setup that combines on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role supports the full hiring lifecycle, from preparing role descriptions and identifying suitable talent to coordinating interviews and helping new hires settle in smoothly. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers, improve recruitment practices, and help ensure that every candidate receives a professional and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Officer manages day-to-day hiring activities and helps maintain an efficient recruitment process.
- Write, revise, and maintain job descriptions so that role requirements are clearly defined.
- Source potential candidates and review applications to identify suitable profiles.
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules and recruitment follow-ups.
- Work with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Recommend practical hiring approaches that support business needs and talent goals.
- Protect a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the selection journey.
- Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Represent the company at career fairs and other outreach activities when required.
- Assist with onboarding tasks to support a smooth start for new employees.

Requirements
- Strong people skills and the ability to establish productive working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience creating job descriptions by analyzing role expectations and translating them into clear role profiles.
- Experience with recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end hiring workflows.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates consistently and fairly.
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Comfort with HR software or applicant tracking systems, along with awareness of local employment regulations.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Capability to work well in a fast-moving environment and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Willingness to align recruitment practices with organizational values and compliance standards.
