About the Role

This opportunity is for a Recruitment Consultant, referred to internally as a Solutions Specialist. The position suits someone with a strong commercial approach and a background in recruitment or sales who wants to work on a high-opportunity desk with strong candidate demand and clear earning potential from the outset.

You will serve as a dependable advisor to doctors and healthcare clients, building lasting relationships and helping place the right people into suitable locum roles. A dedicated admin and operations team will support the placement process, allowing you to focus on relationship management, problem-solving, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess doctors' needs and guide them toward locum roles that match their goals and preferences.
• Work closely with healthcare organisations to identify current hiring requirements and future staffing needs.
• Match suitable candidates to opportunities across Australian states and territories.
• Handle negotiations and complete agreements between doctors and client organisations.
• Provide a high-quality experience to both clients and candidates, with a strong focus on service and follow-through.

Work Setup

This is a phone-based role based in the Robina office. After the first 6 months of training, flexible hybrid arrangements are available. The role also offers remote offshore arrangements after the first year.
