Role Overview

This position offers a full-time recruitment consultant role focused on legal professionals, specifically recruiting lawyers. The role requires working from company offices under UK business hours, with a strong emphasis on high-value deals and commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of daily calls to prospective candidates and clients.
• Conduct 5 hours per day on research and outreach activities to source legal professionals.
• Participate in one hour of daily training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with top billers generating between $500,000 to $1 million to optimize recruitment outcomes.
• Manage recruitment deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 in placement fees.

Requirements

• Proven experience in white-collar recruitment roles, particularly within legal sectors preferred.
• High motivation and strong work ethic with the ability to work extended hours, including partial USA time zones.
• Willingness to align with UK business hours (10 AM to 8:15 PM) accounting for daylight saving time variations.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Monthly base salary between 35,000 and 40,000 South African Rand.
• Additional 10% commission on placement fees from $25,000 to $100,000 per deal.
• Weekly working hours amounting to 47.5 hours aligned with UK working hours.
