Role overview
Osborne’s Kildare office in Naas is expanding, and the team is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated, team-oriented person who wants to progress in a busy and high-achieving environment. The role will suit someone who is keen to build a career in recruitment, whether you are new to the field or bringing existing agency experience and looking for a fresh challenge.
What you will do
- Handle the full recruitment cycle end to end, starting with gathering client hiring needs and continuing through candidate shortlisting, CV submission, interview coordination, interview preparation and candidate placement on client sites, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Work closely with candidates each day to help them identify and secure suitable roles and longer-term career opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and create new business contacts through networking activities and events.
- Recruit across contract, temporary and permanent vacancies.
- Take care of recruitment-related administration and compliance requirements.
- Contribute as part of a proactive, professional and highly supportive team.
What the team is looking for
- Strong interpersonal ability and proven experience in managing professional relationships.
- Excellent customer service, together with clear written and spoken communication skills.
- The ability to organise priorities and manage time well in a fast-moving setting.
- Good follow-through, a strong sense of urgency and a client-first approach.
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency environment.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team, while also being able to work independently when needed.
