Job description
Overview
This role focuses on supporting and contributing to the review of studies and research related to talent attraction and recruitment, with an emphasis on managing workforce information across public-sector entities in the country. The position also involves examining research procedures in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition, then turning findings into practical recommendations that can be implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and keep the testing and interview procedures used in hiring aligned with the organization’s HR policies and the applicable federal requirements.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Coordinate interview activities and help select the most suitable candidates based on the approved criteria and conditions set out in the Human Resources Law and its executive regulations.
- Review the initial candidate shortlist and submit it to the relevant department and the hiring/selection committee for final candidate selection.
- Support the development of annual initiatives and recruitment fairs that attract strong talent, and help maintain related databases within the federal entity’s information system.
- Compare open positions against the approved budget, strategic and operational plans of the organizational units, and the approved organizational structure; also assess staffing needs and help prepare and implement the recruitment plan.
Qualifications and Experience
The role accepts candidates with one of the following education-and-experience combinations:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources with 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 4 years of experience.
- Diploma in Human Resources with 6 years of experience.
Professional Certifications
- CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development
- CIPD Level 7
- ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Diploma in Learning and Development
- Certificate in Learning and Development
- Certificate in Human Resources
