Role Overview
The Recruitment & Medical Insurance Specialist position, based full-time onsite in the Riyadh region, is tasked with managing the entire recruitment process alongside overseeing the company's medical insurance operations. The role involves collaborating closely with HR, branch managers, and external partners to ensure effective workforce planning and employee welfare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational staffing needs.
- Organize interviews with hiring managers and provide consistent updates on recruitment progress.
- Prepare and issue job offers and employment contracts while ensuring completeness of recruitment documentation.
- Oversee onboarding activities to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain a robust talent pool for current and future recruitment demands and keep accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Administer employee medical insurance including enrollments, terminations, policy adjustments, and record maintenance.
- Develop and maintain medical insurance policies in cooperation with insurance providers and monitor claims, loss ratios, and policy performance with regular reporting.
- Interface with insurance companies and third-party administrators to manage policy administration and negotiate favorable coverage terms and pricing.
- Respond to employee inquiries about insurance benefits, verify eligibility, and ensure timely processing of policy changes and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and relevant insurance laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in recruitment and medical insurance management.
- Proven knowledge of medical insurance policies, loss ratio monitoring, and interactions with insurers and healthcare providers.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with HRIS and insurance management software preferred.
